Sulmona (central Italy) is home to the Headquarters and Innovation Center. The commercial production facility is equipped with 13 lines: one thermobonding line, four lamination lines with perforation capability, three lamination lines equipped with carding system, one pin perforation line, one line for manufacturing elastics film, one line for elastic lamination, one fully integrated extrusion lamination elastic line and one vacuum film line. The innovation center houses one multi-purpose pilot line where our R&D team design and develop customized premium materials to be applied on femcare, baby and adult care products market.
The United States facility, located in Simpsonville, South Carolina, houses a total of 6 lines with perforation, lamination and deep embossing capability all used to focus on production of nonwovens, composites and films for the hygiene market.
Located in Ras Al Khaimah (United Arab Emirates, near Dubai) Pantex MENA produces a variety of vacuum perforated films for multiple applications. Strong expansion capacity program is ongoing.
